Daily Pergamon Tour from Kusadasi- Selcuk - Izmir

Departure in the morning from Selçuk, Kusadasi or Izmir. Pergamon was one of the most beautiful cities of the ancient world. It''s architects and sculptors were among the finest in the Hellenistic world. The modern town is our first destination that we will visit. The Temple of Trajan, Hellenistic Barracks and Tower, Palaces, Library, Temple of Athena, theatre, temple of Dionysus, Altar and Zeus. Asclepion was one of the most famous shrines and therapeutic center in the ancient world. Red Church served as a temple of Serapis, an Egyptian God, used like church and known one of the Seven churches of Apocalypse of St.John. Before leaving Pergamon, we will visit local Archeological Museum.
